SHIPPING and RETURNS

Shipping and Handling Orders are shipped within three days of the time the order is placed. If an unforeseen delay causes it to take longer than three days to ship your order, you will be notified by email of the delay. Domestic A shipping fee will be determined at checkout and is charged for all domestic deliveries on orders of $500 or less. Shipping is free for all orders over $500. All deliveries sent via USPS are uninsured. Any issues concerning delayed delivery or lost delivery must be dealt with directly with the USPS. You may choose an expedited shipping option with FedEx or UPS. International All orders shipped outside the U.S. will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and then transferred to your country’s delivery service. Shipping costs will be determined at the time the order to placed. Returns & Refunds To return an item, please call for assistance RegenXNaturals.com, RegenX Naturals, and RegenX, LLC at 715-568-5059, Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. If a customer receives incorrect product or product that was damaged upon arrival, then please contact RegenXNaturals.com, RegenX Naturals, and RegenX, LLC and we will make arrangements to return the incorrect or damaged product. Once the product has been returned, RegenXNaturals.com, RegenX Naturals, and RegenX, LLC will ship the correct product or replacement product at our expense. If the customer desires a refund, they may opt to receive an in-house credit that will be applied to their next order. If a customer receives the correct product, it is undamaged upon arrival, and desires to return the product for a refund or an exchange, the shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return product, unless other specific arrangements have been made and are agreed to by both RegenXNaturals.com, RegenX Naturals, and RegenX, LLC and the customer. Once the product has been returned, the customer may opt for either RegenXNaturals.com, RegenX Naturals, and RegenX, LLC to issue and ship an exchange for alternative product or they may opt to receive an in-house credit that will be applied to their next order. Product that has been received and opened, damaged after arrival, partially used and/or has a broken safety seal cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless other specific arrangements have been made and are agreed to by both RegenXNaturals.com, RegenX Naturals, and RegenX, LLC and the customer.
